AEW

All Elite Wrestling, or AEW, is a professional wrestling organization based in Jacksonville, Florida, United States. It is owned and operated by Shad Khan, a Pakistani-American, and his son Tony Khan.

The AEW roster is stacked with top-tier talent, including Kenny Omega, CM Punk, Bryan Danielson, and Chris Jericho. It also features a number of talented women, such as Darby Allin and Nyla Rose.

AEW’s flagship show, Dynamite, runs weekly on Wednesday nights and injects new energy into mainstream wrestling. It also features a commentary team with Jim Ross and Tony Schiavone.

There are a lot of great matches and feuds on the AEW roster, but the company also has some glaring problems. Its roster has too many superstars, and it hasn’t developed its female stars adequately.

It also has too many high-level wrestlers, and they don’t often seem to get the time on TV they deserve. This has led to a lot of disgruntled stars who don’t always want to work AEW.

AEW is trying to change this by offering its performers massive raises of $100,000 or more to re-sign with the company. But some of the company’s best-known wrestlers have turned these offers down.

This is a big problem for AEW, and it may hurt them in 2023 as well. Hopefully they can do more to close the contract gap with WWE and develop their star roster.

AEW needs to focus on its star roster and develop them into game-changing stars that can help build the company and take it to the next level. They need to make sure that they’re utilizing their talent and that they’re not jumping ship every time the company wants to make a change.
